I can't figure out how to have all of the email messages from the same
person show up in my inbox under the same heading when I choose the
"Arrange By: From" sorting method. For example, I may have messages
from (e-mail address removed) appear as "(e-mail address removed)" and from "Bob
Smith" and "Robert Smith." Same email address, which is my contacts,
but different "From" category or name. In addition, is it possible to
display emails from the same person who is using two different email
addresses under the same name?

Hope this names sense.

Thanks for your help.

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

you could add email address in the view and sort on it

What appears in the From field is controlled by the sender. If Mr. Smith
sends a message with no "friendly name", then you won't see it and Outlook
can't use non-existent information.
