Output to Excel Template

I am trying to output data that is filled out in a form
to an Excel template file that will not be completely
overwritten every time.

I want to be able to create formulas on the template that
will fill out everytime new data has been exported from
the Access form.

My question is how do I create such a template (mapping
fields?) and also how do i set Access to properly export
to the proper fields in the template without completely
overwriting the template.
