Password protecting a form

Hi,
I have a number of forms in a database that I want
available to general use. However I would like one of
these forms, to be only available to me via a password. Do
I have to go through the user level security wizard or is
there an easier way.

Access User Level Security will provide the *best* security for you, but if you just need something
simple for a single form and/or report you could try these Microsoft KB articles:
