Past Due Tasks

I am looking to find a way in which Project will show past due tasks. Can I
set Project up so that tasks with % COMPLETE that are not equal to 100% AND
are past their FINISH dates will either highlight in red or can I run a
filter/report that will show this result. I tried to create a filter for
this, but I do not have a selection that allows me to compare the task FINISH
date with the CURRENT DATE like in MS Access.

You need to request the input of the date i.e.

Field name: Finish
Test: is less than
Value: "Enter date:"?

Using the above will prompt you to enter a date when you run the filter.
