Hmmm - most strange! That usually solves this problem. Is this
consistent/reproducible?
If you want to make Outlook the default mail client again, go to
control panel, internet mail, programs....set it there.
HTML was the settings I was using .. I also tried plain text.
Still > sending some as .dat files. Went back to using Outlook
Express (as > default) and they send as .pdf files. Changed
some settings in > Outlook 2000 but now can't figure out how to
make it my default to > see if the changes make a difference.
Can you tell me how to make it > my default (Outlook 2000 that
is) and any other ideas why some files > go as .pdf and some as
