I am using MSP Pro 2002. I have a shared resource pool and three sharing
links to projects. Each project contains tasks to which shared resources are
assigned. When I load my resource pool and go to the resource usage view I
see by default a list of all resources and underneath each resource the tasks
to which they are assigned (across projects). In the time-phased detail view
on the right I select the percent allocation details. Each resource
assigment then has a percent allocation (of total capacity) and these values
are rolled up at the resource level where overallocations can be seen (red).
I would now like to be able to group these assignments (listed underneath
each resource) by project so that I can see a total resource percent
allocation by project rather than by assignment, with still the same roll up
at the resource level. How can I do this?
