Strange problem cropped up today. Running Project 2007 SP1. This has been
working correctly in the past with a given schedule, and this problem is only
happening with a certain schedule file.
I normally work with decimal units. I have a problem where resources
assigned to tasks will only show either a units value of 0 (zero) or 1 (using
Task Entry view). If I try entering anything less than 1 (.25, .5, .75. etc),
it will set the resource units to zero. If I change Tools > Options >
Schedule > Show assignment units as "percentage" then everything works right.
Entries where I had put in ".5", but show as "0" in decimal mode, now show
"50%". If I switch back to decimal mode, it shows "0" again.
Tried saving file as 2007 format, 2000-2003 format, tried saving as a new
file. It's still messed up.
Any ideas?
