Permission problems when sending emails

Hi,

I am using at POP3 account with Outlook 2002. When testing it there are no
error messages, and I know from my mobile device that the setting are correct
as it works fine. However, I get following error message when trying to
send/receive: "You don't have appropiate permission to perform this
function". I am the administrator of my PC... I have re-installed Outlook -
no change. Strangely, I am able to Send only. Any suggestions how to solve
this?

Not a reply to you Lars, sorry but I get 'Relaying denied. Proper
authentication required' sometimes and not sure why. Any ideas?
