Plain Text Attachments

I have a user who is using Outlook 2000 - Starting just
this week, any messages they receive in plain text
format - an identical copy of the message is in a .txt
format attachment.

Does anyone know why or how to change? Again this only
happens when he receives messages in plain text format.
