For each new customer I have, there are several tasks that
I must do. These tasks are usually the same for each
customer. Is there a way that I can save a "template" of
tasks that I can use over and over?
Also, these tasks are being assigned to my assistant, and
I may not want her receiving all the tasks at the same
time (i.e. order product, and confirm receipt of product
need to be sent separately). When I assign a task to
someone, I am not given the option of scheduling the task
request to be delivered at a different time...how can I do
this?
