HI

I RECEIVED A WORD FILE LAST WEEK, AND DOWNLOADED IT

EVER SINCE - WHEN I OPEN WORD - ALL MY TASK BARS - FILE, PRINT, ETC ARE GONE - AND I CAN'T MAKE NEW DOCUMENTS. IT'S LIKE IT IS IN READ ONLY MODE. HOW DO I CHANGE IT

ANY IDEAS
