Populate "To" Field in Sent Items IMAP Server

I use Outlook 2003 in two computers, work and home. If I
send an email from my work computer, the "To" field in
the Sent Items folder is populated properly. But when I
get home, and turn on the home computer the "to" field is
empty. I have to select that email, and it will populate
itself in about two seconds. The opposite happens if I
send the email from my home computer.

Both computers are connected to the same IMAP server.

Is there any way to populate the "to" field in both
computers regardless of which computer I use to send the
email?

Alas no.
