Popup page for newbie

I would like to create a popup page without Java script. I have a simple
animated button linked to a new normal page. I would like the new page to
be 4X2 inches only. I can not figure out how to change the size of the
page. Help please. Thanks in advance.

How big is an inch in a pop-up window? Screen measurements are in pixels,
not inches or centimetres - 1240pixels on my 15inch TFT is about 12inches,
but on my 17inch TFT at the same screen resolution, it's over 13inches. -
same display, different size.

FYI, Spawn 1.6 has a bug that causes it to not work well when adding popups
to <p> tags and some others. I am in the process of fixing that and will
release a new version soon with more features.

I am also working on a powerful add-in that will let you add a "Close
Window" link, button, etc.

If I were you, I'd sign up for my New Product Announcement mailing list and
wait for the announcement of the new Spawn version.
