powerpoint problems!!

I has a problem regarding on my powerpoint? I'm using Powerpoint 2003 and my
problem is when i inserts a jpeg pictures into the slides including the texts
then I save the file. Later I reopened back the files (through network) i
can't see the pictures itself but only the texts is appeared. This is I'm
using Office 97 to view this files but can't view it. This happen also with
the same files in Powerpoint 2003 (same PC) where the files can't views the
pictures but only the texts are appeared. Could anybody tell me what are the
problems? Thank you.

Try upgrading your video drivers and installing directx.

Yes...I did that also but it seems to be the same problems. This is the first
time happened to me since I've been doing this for quite sometimes. Recently,
when I'm doing the slide show it was fine (different file) even I can open
the files through network. But it occurs when I had created new slides
without a Pictures apppeared but only the texts appeared.

If it only happens on a certain presentation, try html round-tripping the
presentation:
