Preview in Publisher in greyscale. How can I change to color?

\print Preview in Publisher 2003 only shows in grey. There is a button on the
toolbar (color/grayscale) but clicking on this has no effect. How can I
access this option

The printer is B/W but the problem is with the Preview page which only shows
grey. An earlier edition of Publisher (Office 2000 Small Business Edition)
did not have this problem and previewed in colour.

Nigel, I don't know what to tell you. When you do a page setup select a
different printer. You don't actually have to have the physical printer
installed, just the driver or try the Publisher Imagesetter or Color Printer.
When you are ready to print, go back to your default printer.
