Preview pain

I can receive e-mail, but when I highkight the mail for
viewind I can not see it! I get an hour glass, but never
receive any picture or words. I've checked both my Zone
Alarm and Norton System Works, turned them off and on,
different settings, nothing seems to help. Any help I can
get on this is appreciated. Thanks Mike
