print detailed contact information

I can print contact information. I can't print contact information when I
use the detailed information format. on the contact that only print the fill
in the blank information and not the additional information. I also can't
edit that addition information. I can't delete it and re-enter it. I also
can't read all of it.

What do you mean by the "fill in the blank information" vs. the "additional information."?
