I've created an 16 pg newsletter (duplex, side fold output 8.5x11) and want
to print in both color and black and white -- the first page and the last
page (cover and back page) in color, and the contents in black and white. I
can't for the life of me figure out how to do this. Is is possible ?

Do you want the inside of the covers in color too?

Create 2 white rectangles 8.5 x 11 with no lines, cover pages 2 and 15 with
these rectangles. Go to print, print current page, click no to the query.

After the print is finished, replace the pages in your printer, move the white
rectangles to cover the front and back covers. Print the complete print job.
