Printer button

Antony Gouldstone

I am having problems removing the printer button from the
tool bar in publisher 98, has anyone done this in the
past and if so how is it done.

Many thanks

Antony

You don't remove the printer button as Microsoft decided for you, you had no
need to want to do such a thing.

Who do you think you are questioning the decisions Microsoft make for you?

Seems to have been a week of strange people disagreeing with the decisions
Microsoft make on their behalf - UNBELIEVABLE

IIRC, Publisher 2002 was the first version of Publisher where you could
customise the toolbars.

The *tool* is Customize (note the capital), wherever you are. The process
is customisation, over here. Just like you go to Format AutoShape > Colors
and Lines to adjust the colour of an AutoShape.

It's "except", not "accept". "Accept" is a verb. "Except" is a
conjunction. ;-P

It really is a preposition to be for the noun, and that makes the verb
become stressed which is not at all pretty.
