Printer problems

My colleagues are using Publisher 2002 for creating purchase orders, etc. We
have a problem though. When ever we fax out a document, using the Windows
fax driver, we have to reset the document size on our laser printer. It
changes from it's default "Letter" size, to "user defined". This only seems
to be happening in Publisher. Any suggestions?

Does the Fax wizard come up? Do you have an all in one printer? Have you checked to
see if you have the most current driver?

Yes, the fax wizard comes up, no problems anywhere with that. No, we do not
have an all in one printer (internal fax modem, external laser printer). All
drivers are up to date that I have been able to determine.
