printing a publisher file

I have created a flyer in publisher, which I can not get to print in color???
The file states it is too large to copy to a DVD and or to email to my
commerical printer. I have checked my printer settings to ensure they are
set for colored copies, I have changed the color cartridge, and it continues
to print in black only....Before I go completely insane over this, could
someone please help! Thanks

Yes, JoAnn I believe it is Publisher 2000. There are at least 10 pictures on
the file, which I only resized in the publisher portion of the program, I did
not resize them before posting them into Publisher. Could this be the issue?
Yet, I still don't understand why it would print in black and white and not
color, even if the file is large...any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated!

Chuck thanks for the advise, but I did not even see where it was possible to
change the file to a pdf...am I missing something...I am completely new to
Publisher, so all the help you can share is appreciated.
