Printing GANTT Chart for Distribution

Looking for advice on the best way to send distribute
a "image" of the Gantt chart to Project Stakeholders.

Not having much success when the project is bigger is
multiple pages high and wide.

In a previous tool our organization used (Scitor Project
Scheduler) you could easily generate the HTML and
navigation tools to send to someone. This would allow them
to open the HTML page and navigate up, down, left and
right.

Ideas:

- Use the Camera Icon on the toolbar to take a "picture" of the Gantt
Chart and put that image into an HTML page, document, send in email, or
print to paper.

- Simple put cursor on Gantt Chart, and copy to clipboard (ctrl-c).
From there insert wherever you want (document, paper, email, etc.)

- "Print" the Gantt chart to Adobe PDF format with Adobe Acrobat or
other tool (free or for purchase) that makes PDF file. Add additional
pages to the PDF to create a "package" of material for the Stakeholders
(Gantt, commentary, reports, summaries, details, movie from Project
Executive showing physical progress on the project, etc. ....)

- Save As an HTML file, then supplement the HMTL fils that Project
creates to add the Gantt Chart (see above) supplemented by commentary
from the Project Team to the Project Stakeholders

- See http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm#Project Viewer for info on
Viewers (and Adobe PDF), but I don't think that using a viewer is
appropriate for Stakeholder presentations.

- Don't know if this would work, but maybe export the Project MPP file
into your "previous" tool and use that to make this presentation of data
to the Stakeholders.
