Printing Out Contacts Info

I want to locate my Contacts Folders so that I can print them out before I
reformat.

In Outlook, click on Contacts.

Are you talking about when I am in the Outlook Program or clicking on
Contacts from the Outlook File on my hard drive? In either case, it's not
working.

When I am in Outlook and click Contacts--there is NO print function for ALL
contacts... only for the Contact profile I am currently viewing. And, when I
am in the Outlook file, there is no "Contact" file. I have a "backup"
Contact file but I cannot access it to either view or print.

In Outlook, click on Contacts.

I don't understand your question. You can print your Contacts using the
File... Print command from your Contacts Folder. You seem to think Contacts
exist in a file separate from your Profile. They don't.

File... Print command from your Contacts Folder. You seem to think Contacts

of my contacts in the address card format with mulitple addresses on one page
not as individual addresses. Thank you.

When you need to customize your printout by selected Contacts and using only
certain fields, use a mail merge.
