Printing to Excel Format

I know you can set up a local printer that when chosen it will actually just
convert and save as a pdf file. Can this be done with excel?

There's nothing to configure, Jeremy:) In virtually any program just go to
the Print dialog, click the PDF button in the lower left corner & select
Save as PDF. In Office 2008 apps you can also go to File> Save As, open the
Format: list & select PDF there.
