Printing two booklets

I have a booklet that is only a quarter page when closed (so 4.25 x 5.5 when
looking at the cover, when closed, and half page when open). This is no
problem - I just cut off the blank half of the page when done printing.

The problem is that I'm doing a large run of these small booklets.

Is there a way to print two copies per page? So that I can take a paper
cutter and cut each page down the middle, then fold each half into the
appropriate booklet?

Thanks!
