Hello,

I am priting RTF files using Word Viewer 7.1 from command
line.
The file name does not display completely on the print
server. It gets truncated. If you have any idea why this
is happening Please let me know.

Thank you,
Vaishali

Why are you printing from command line? Why not just open in Word Viewer? Is this Word Viewer downloaded from M$ website? If not then you should not use any third party progs to open documents created in Microsoft Applications. Uncle Bill doesn't like it and sometimes his OS can render your entire system worthless. I use WordPerfect Office and it doesn't cause any problems.

The other solution is to create a pdf file using FinePrint or something similar (I use Adobe Acrobat) and you can open these files in Adobe Acrobat Reader a free downloadable software.

Hope this helps.
