printing what I see!

Hello:

I converted an Excel file to view in Word 2002; it looks
fine, as I can see the column headers and all of the grid
lines.

What I can't seem to do is to print it out the way I see
it on the screen (WYSIWYG). All I get is the words and
numbers inside the file.

I tried using several 'help' resources, but none seem to
work, nor do they seem to apply to this question (which I
find difficult to believe).

Any help would be appreciated.

I thank you for the swift reply. I did add the button to
my toolbar, but it hasn't fixed my problem.

According to the following excerpt from the page you
directed me to, the gridlines are not supposed to be
viewable in 'Print Preview', and yet I do see them in
my 'Print Preview'.
When I try printing, whether with gridlines set to be
visible or not, the lines do not print.

Do you have some other suggestion?

Display of table gridlines is toggled on and off by Table
| Show/Hide Gridlines. Gridlines are displayed in both
Normal and Page (Print) Layout views
but not in Print Preview because they do not print.
