printing

I have created a design for a colour A2 poster in Publisher. I need print the
design scaled down to fit A4 to show somebody. The printer keeps tiling the
pages and fits them onto to 9 seperate pages. How can I print my design
scaled down (fit to page)?

Easiest way is to convert to a PDF, use the Acrobat tools to reduce. (Print to
margins).
