Problem in Front Page saving to the web server

I have had this annoying problem now for a while and I can
not find a fix.

When I try to insert a new Hyperlink using FrontPage, FP
does not allow me to browse the webserver where the web is
located to find the file on the web server. The same
thing happens when I try to save a new file I created.
Again, FP only allows me to browse my local machine, not
the web server where the site is located.

I have tried the following:
Disabling and re-enabling FP Extenstions
Creating new users with Administrator permissions
Resetting Internet Security settings

Nothing seems to solve this problem

Anyone have any ideas?

You can't browse to the web server where the web is located because you are
working on your *local* web. You would need to open the *remote* web via
FrontPage if you want to work directly with it online.
