problem reading 2002 file with 2003 version

I started working in 2003 version (desktop), finished editing my document in
2002 version (laptop), when I returned to work with 2003 version, the file
appeared with many blank pages.

What happened ?

Make sure that your 2003 version has all the service patches applied.

Do you have all Office and Windows updates installed? If not that would be
my starting point.

You need to install the latest service pack for Office 2003. That should
take care of the problem.

Open PPT 2003, go to Help|Check for Updates, and then just follow the steps
to install Service Pack 2 for Office 2003.
