Problem when closing Outlook

Hello,

I have working with Outlook XP with Exchange 2003 on a laptop (OST).

All time When I have closing the outlook it leave something open with out
closing.
e.g. when clicking on the 'X' to close it is making the sync and leave the
messege 'Wait for Outlook closing' (for good).
When closing thru the File & Exit it leave any envelope in the Systray
and when trying to open it from there I have got Error.

How could I solve this issue? what happened to my outlookXP?
