problem with filename.msg

Hi,
I have a file called passwords.msg. It contains all of
my online passwords.
It has always appeared as a note on my taskbar.

Although it is still there, whenever I click to open it, I get the message
that outlook has performed an illegal operation and will shut down.
Any way to retrieve this file?
