Problem with my contacts in Office 2000

I'm having a problem with my contacts in Office 2000. I am trying to have
the company name show up first and the persons name show up underneath it.
I can manually change it and it looks great but after I close Outlook and
open it again, all the address cards in my contacts are back to just showing
the persons name and not the company on some of the cards.

I have used the tools, options, contacts settings many different ways but
nothing seems to stay when I exit Outlook.

Can anyone help me?
