Problem with Outlook backup add-in

Getting error msg. when using Outlook 2000 add-in for
backup of pst. file. "Error copying file. Cannot copy
Outlook. The process cannot access the file because
another process has locked a portion of the file." Outlook
is closed, nothing in Outbox, no other program running
that I can figure. Please send reply to my address. Thanks!

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to see if Outlook.exe is still running. Kill those
processes and start and close Outlook again and see if the backup add-in
works now.

Do you synchronise Outlook with a PDA or a phone or something like that?
Also make sure your virusscanner and firewall have all their patches
installed (not just the latest virusdefinitions).
