Problems Opening - Feature Not working

I have the latest version loaded on a new Dell laptop. Each time I open word, a dialog box states "feature not working, would you like to install?". I do install each time and it still contines. Word seems to work okay, but how to fix? I have tried the "detect and repair" and it came up clean.

I have opened up word 2000 files from my office professional on my other Dell.
