problems saving

I'm working with pub 97 and xp pro os

When I'm logged in as a user whenever I save I'm getting
an error that it cannot create a temporary working file.

When I'm logged in as administrator I don't get this
error, so I figured it had something to do with security
rights.

I've looked in the support and it mentioned when saving to
a floppy disk, but this is not what I was doing, I was
saving to the hard drive. The message repeated it self 3
times, and then seemed to save.

If anyone has any insight into this I would greatly
appreciate it. Thanks

You need to install Publisher for each user logged on as that user.
Remember under no circumstances is Publisher network friendly.
Publisher files must be saved and used from the local hard drive only.
