Problems using Portfolio Analyzer

Hello,

I've got a problem on a clients server where we cannot get the
Portfolio Analyzer to work right. When we try to build a Portfolio
Analyzer View or go to the Porfolio Analyzer under Project Center it
says "Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer
OLAP cube. The cube may not exist, or you may not have permissions to
access the cube". I'll list the things I have tried to resolve this
issue.

1. I rebuilt the Olap cube in PWA.

2. I deleted the cube in Analysis Manager and created another.

3. I added the role "everybody" and checked all three cubes in
analysis manager.

4. I Enabled the "Access data sources across domains" option for the
security zone to which the Project server belongs in Internet Options.
5. I added the Olap_Admins group to have Full Control permissions to
the Drive:\Program files\Microsoft Analysis Services\Bin folder. On the
actual cube that is generated, I added the Everyone group, and then
give this group Read access.
6. Reinstalled Analysis Services.

7. Reinstalled Office Web Components.

8. Made sure all new SP's were installed. SQL 2000 sp3 and Analysis
Services current SP.

Please give me an idea of what to try next.
