Problems when openning files with Word XP

Hello!
I would like someone to help me if possible, in this two problems with Word
XP.
1st: when i try to open a word document with Word XP it appears "Opening
this document will run the following SQL command: Select * from C:\...
Data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you want to
continue? Yes or No"
How can i remove this message and why it appears?

2nd: when a make a Foward in any Outlook Message and using Word XP as
default editor askes me: "A program is trying to access e-mail address you
have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? Alow access for XX minutes"
How can i remove this message and why it appears?

Hi Hugo..
The first message appears because you have informations from a database
embedded into your word document. Remove those relations to get rid of it.
The second one appears, because Word calls Outlook to send an email. There
are tools which automatically press yes on this dialog but no explicit way
to disable it.
