program not responding

[outlook 2003]

I"m using outlook 2003, and I'm getting program not
responding...what is going on.. I've tried to uninstall
and reinstall all to no avail.. I even tried to send a
request in to Microsoft but I can't get the product code
because the program won't function properly.

I will say that I worked a few days then hangs every time
you go into the program rendering it useless.. I haven't
had mail for days..

Can anyone offer any help?

I've had the same problem.

I found that if I disabled the 'Person Name' - through
tools/options/other - that this issue was resolved.

Others have had the same problem in my office and after trying 'the
fix' everything returned to normal
