Project 2003 gubi:// message

After I installed Project 2003 pro I get the message that I must trust
gubi://blank.htm and gubi://mainpage.htm. Even if I trust these sites it
still does not let project continue. Can't find anything in the
knowledgebase.

Could it be related to a too strict security setting for "Local intranet" ?
Check (in IE) Tools/InternetOptions/Security tab, click Local Intranet zone
and Custom Level button
While still in InternetOptions dialogue, click on Sites and make sure
"Include all local (intranet) sites..." option is checked.

Download and re-install internet explorer. This worked for me.
