Project 2003 Web Page Security Error on Startup

I keep getting a message on startup indicating that a
variety of sites are not trusted by Internet Explorer.
They all follow the pattern of: gbui://blank.htm

Anyone have any ideas as to why I am getting this error
and what can be done to correct the situation?
