Project file into Power Point

Peggy

Because certain users cannot open/read my Project file, I need to insert it or paste it into a Power Point file. I've read help and still don't know how to do this. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks.

Peggy,
Are you trying to get the task list over to another format
or are you trying to get the gantt chart over to another
format.

I am trying to get the whole thing over - list of tasks and the Gantt chart. (I think this answers your question). I have tried to use the Copy Picture to Office Wizard, but when I get to the part where I choose Power Point, or another application, and portrait or landscape, it doesn't let me select anything...nothing gets chosen when I click on it. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a better way to do this besides Copy Picture to Office Wizard? Thanks.

This is the only way to get the gantt chart. MS Project
makes it impossible to share the view. As for the task
list you can save it as an html file. I don't use
powerpoint, but I do use this for weekly status. I save
as html and send to the resources for updates. It is the
only format I have found that hold the hierarchical
structural of you project.
