Project Template

I went looking for templates (free or for sale) on the web, and I was
disappointed at the quantity I found. I was specifically looking for a
project plan to do a physical inventory (annual physical count). Does anyone
have a template for this? Is there a template site that might have one?

The reason that there are few templates is that templates are of very
limited value. Every project is different, therefore relying on someone
else's template for a different project in a different organization is of
very limited use.

Create your own template by carefully recording all steps in one of your
projects and modifying to suit what your team feels is best practice. Much
more useful!
