PST File password

We recieved new pcs here in the orginization. One user
was using a personal PST file instead of leaving her mail
on the server. When trying to open the pst file on the
new pc, it is prompting her for a password. She has
tried every password she has used here and cannot get the
thing to open. We went back to the old pc, and it is now
prompting her to enter a password there as well.

Both PCs were running WinXP with Outlook 2002. Any ideas
on how to get this file open?
