Public Folders

We have a contacts directory on the Public Folders on our Exchange
server. Every time it is used on the Macs using Entourage, it
downloads the whole directory. Is there a way to keep it cached on the
local machine and just sync updates?

Did you add the folder to the favorites (through a control-clic)??

Hi i'm not entirely sure what you mean. How would i do this in
entourage once i'm signed into my exchange account?

Thanks for the reply, i jumped on the Mac and had a play and what you
replied made complete sense once sitting in front ot the machine!!

Works a treat, thanks once again you;e just saved me hours a month
waiting for contacts to download
