Publisher 03 XP crashes when importing graphics

Why does Publisher 2003 XP crash when importing certain graphics?
It also failed to print the picture (when it finally let the pic import),
even tho I saw it on the screen!
Clip art also not working.....

I try to add clip art to a document, look at the sidebar for choices, and as
I scroll down, some early art shows up, but the rest are just little corner
boxes with an X inside.

You probably have a full cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
Turn the acceleration down on your video adapter, right-click your desktop,
properties, settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab. If sliding the
acceleration down helps, go to the manufacturer's web site of your video card and
look around for an upgraded driver.
You seem to be having printer problems as well, is your printer driver current?
