Publisher 2003 calendar again.

Mary's first reply helped. I need to know one more thing. How do I change the
months to start with August 2008 and ending with May of 2009?

Which template did you download? When it is open do you not have the option to
change the date range? Most calendar templates have this feature.

I can't find the one in my publisher version, so I go to the mocrosoft
on-line site and get to templates. Then I navigate through until I get the
calendars. I pick the academic calendar that has the months in the middle of
the page with space on the sides to add your events. It says it is for 2003
or newer. But, again, I can't find that particular one in our program. So,
I've tried to use the one I download online.

The templates from the Office site do not use the Publisher wizards (date
range). If you use one of the Design Gallery calendars, you can re-size it,
copy/paste, click the wand and change the date range until you have all the
months you need. You can use the design elements from the on-line template site.
