Publisher 2003 multiple users

We have 2 computers that are networked and are able to share files. I am
trying to find if I can have the same publisher file (in this case a news
letter) open at the same time by both users. In other words, can 1 user be
working on page 2 and the other on page 7 at the same time from different
computers?

No, this is not possible. Indeed, you want to avoid editing the
Publisher file across the network at all - is is recommended that you
create a local copy on your hard drive, edit there, then copy back when
you're done.
