Publisher 2003 - SaveAs default

H

Hi

Hi,

How do i get publisher 2003 to *ALWAYS* save its documents
in publisher 2000 format? (ie, by default.)

We have quite a few computers and the users here use
publisher documents more than any other.

Our software supplier stopped offereing office 2000 a
while ago so we have been forced to buy office 2003 for
our newer machines.

We are now having loads of problems with some users not
being able to open documents that other users have saved
due to the version differences.

We can save-as manually each time but this regularily gets
forgotten. I can set the default in the options in other
programs such as word but not in publisher.

Can anyone help? (Please!)

- James

much appreciated.)

Someone dive in and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that if you have
bought a license for Office 2003, then you can use your old media for Office
2000 to install Office 2000, and you are licensed as a downgrade user.
