Publisher 2003 start up page

How can I set publisher 2003 to open with a blank page of my choice? I did
this before but forget how I did it. I had to reload and now it comes up
with the general "Start" page. Thanks, ssjq.

Tools, Options, Uncheck or check *Use New Publication task pane at startup*. Not
sure which option you want.
